📦 Inventory & Stock Manager
As Inventory & Stock Manager, you are the operational backbone of our fulfilment process. You will be responsible for maintaining a precise, real-time overview of our stock levels across all SKUs, ensuring that our catalogue accurately reflects availability and that no customer is ever disappointed by an oversold item.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating stock, conducting regular audits, flagging low-stock and slow-moving products, and working closely with our logistics and purchasing teams to ensure seamless replenishment. You will also play a key role in managing seasonal stock planning ahead of peak trading periods.
What we’re looking for: Meticulous attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with inventory management tools or e-commerce platforms (Shopify, etc.). Experience in a product-based e-commerce environment is highly desirable.
🚚 Logistics & Fulfilment Coordinator
As Logistics & Fulfilment Coordinator, you ensure that every katana leaves our warehouse and arrives at its destination in perfect condition and on time, every time. In a business where the product is both high-value and physically delicate, the importance of this role cannot be overstated.
You will manage relationships with our carrier partners, oversee the day-to-day fulfilment workflow, resolve shipping exceptions and delays proactively, and continuously seek improvements in packaging standards and delivery performance. You will also be responsible for monitoring international shipping compliance, given the nature of our products and the regulatory requirements across different markets.
What we’re looking for: Solid experience in e-commerce logistics or fulfilment operations, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Familiarity with international shipping regulations particularly those relating to our goods) is a significant advantage.
😇 Customer Experience Specialist
As Customer Experience Specialist, your mission is simple: ensure that every interaction a customer has with Japanese-Swords.co.uk leaves them feeling valued, informed, and confident. From pre-purchase queries to post-delivery follow-ups, you will be the voice of the brand across all customer-facing channels.
You will handle enquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency, manage returns and exchanges in line with our policies, gather and relay customer feedback to the relevant internal teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service standards. You will also play a role in building and nurturing our community of loyal customers and collectors.
What we’re looking for: A calm, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach to customer interactions, excellent written English, and prior experience in a customer service role, ideally within an e-commerce or premium retail context. 🎯 Media Buyer & Paid Acquisition Manager
As Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising our paid acquisition strategy across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest. You will manage significant advertising budgets with a performance-first mindset, driving efficient customer acquisition whilst protecting and enhancing the premium positioning of the Japanese-Swords.co.uk brand.
Your responsibilities will include audience research and segmentation, creative briefing and testing, bid strategy management, performance reporting, and ongoing campaign optimisation. You will work in close collaboration with our creative and content teams to ensure that paid campaigns are visually compelling and brand-consistent.
What we’re looking for: Proven hands-on experience managing paid social and search campaigns for e-commerce brands, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of attribution modelling and ROAS optimisation. Experience advertising within restricted product categories is a considerable plus.

As Content Writer, you will be the guardian of the Japanese-Swords.co.uk voice, responsible for producing authoritative, beautifully written content that educates, inspires, and converts. From long-form buying guides and blog articles to product descriptions and email campaigns, your words will shape how the world perceives our brand.
You will work from briefs and brand guidelines to produce content that ranks, engages, and reflects the premium nature of our catalogue. You will be expected to research topics thoroughly (including the history, culture, and technical aspects of Japanese swordsmithing) and translate complex subject matter into compelling, accessible prose.

🎨 Graphic Designer & Creative Producer
As Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the visual identity of Japanese-Swords.co.uk across all touchpoints : from product photography art direction and social media assets to paid ad creatives, email templates, and packaging design. Your work will ensure that the premium positioning of the brand is expressed consistently and compellingly at every customer interaction.
You will collaborate closely with the media buying and content teams to produce creatives that are both aesthetically outstanding and performance-driven. You will maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, and bring a proactive creative perspective to campaigns and product launches.
What we’re looking for: A strong portfolio demonstrating premium brand sensibility, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and experience producing assets for e-commerce or luxury retail. Motion design and video editing skills are a welcome addition.
