You have one hour after your order is confirmed to notify us of any address error by email. After this period, we cannot guarantee a correction. You have 30 days from receipt of your package to report a problem or request an exchange or refund. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and will undergo a quality check. If the check is successful, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
